1.1 Before Dispatch:

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by sending an email to velltiska@gmail.com with their order details.
  • Once the cancellation is confirmed by our team, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.

1.2 After Dispatch:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are dispatched. However, you can initiate a return after receiving the product as per our Return Policy.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns if:

  • The customer does not like the product after receiving it.
  • Product is damaged, different or having size issue.
  • The product is returned unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

2.2 Return Process:

  • Upon approval, we will arrange a pickup from your address.
  • Customers only need to hand over the product to the courier at the scheduled time.

2.3 Condition for Acceptance:

  • Products that are damaged, washed, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated once the returned product reaches us and is inspected.
  • If the return meets our criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method.

4. Exchange Policy
